Paradise

Interesting light use. I hate to say this, but the first thing that came to mind was him sitting on the curb with a cop car nearby, the lights on and circling. And old-fashioned cop car, to be sure, as they now only have blue lights, I think. With everything that's been in the media in the US lately, that's just the first thing that popped. If that was your intent, then it's well executed.
